The two condominium blocks, having a maximum built-up area of 1.12 million sq. ft. will have a maximum of 12 levels over a podium with 840 saleable units of 2 and 3 bedrooms. The towers will have penthouses with a maximum built-up area of 0.48 million sq. ft. with 18 levels and 240 saleable units of 3 and 4 bedrooms. The construction of the project is expected to be completed by June 2010.
