- Password Protected: The ECN would be password protected such that only you can access them.
- Environment Friendly: Your enrollment for this facility would ensure that together we save on precious paper and help in preserving the environment.
- Absolutely free of Cost: Indiabulls is offering this facility to its customers absolutely free of cost.

Please visit the
branch in person and furnish a written application duly signed (in case of Joint
Holders, all holders must sign) along with the following Documents:
- Proof Of Identity (Copy of Client’s valid Passport, Voter Id, Driving License, PAN Card with Photograph)
- Transaction Statement of Client Account received from Indiabulls. (valid only in case of NSDL)
- Proof of New Address (verified Copy of Ration Card / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License / Bank Passbook / Electricity Bills (not more than 2 months old) / Residence Telephone Bills (not more than two Months Old) / Lease and License Agreement / Agreement for Sell)
You or your Authorized Representative (or the Joint Holder visiting the Indiabulls Office) should sign the application in the presence of the Indiabulls Official.
A Communication will be sent to you, confirming the change of Address, at the OLD and NEW Addresses.
(Please carry in original the Proof of Identity and Proof of Address)
Note: In case of NSDL Demat Account with joint holders, proofs should be provided for all the holders.

Depositories (NSDL/CDSL) have launched an SMS Alert facility for Demat account holders wherein investors would start receiving SMS alerts for all Stock Debits and Credits in their Demat accounts.
This facility is being provided by the depositories free of cost.

| Change in the Format of Delivery Instruction Slips / Additional Annexure required till 30th September, 2008. |
CDSL / NSDL vide Circular No. DP/989 & 2007/0071 have made changes to Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) format.
The old format of DIS would not be valid after 30th September, 2008. Therefore you are requested to ask for issuance of a new DIS Booklet.
You would be required to submit the annexure (provided below) along with the old format DIS till 30th September, 2008 for all off market stock transfers.
For issuance of new Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS), please get in touch with your service branch / RM. The New DIS booklet would be issued against Requisition Slip or a Request Letter signed by all the holders of the Account along with self attested Proof of Identity of all the holders.
