Amravati Thermal Power Project (Phase-I : 5x270MW , Phase-II: 2x660MW)

Amravati Thermal Power Project is being setup at Nandgaonpeth, Amravati District, Maharashtra. It is being developed in two Phases. The first phase will be  5x270 MW ( sub-critical) and the second phase will be 2x660MW based on super critical technology. The project site is connected to NH-6, approximately 5 Kms from the site. The nearest railway station is Badnera, about 20 km from the site, on Wardha- Badnera Electrified line. The water source is Upper Wardha Dam, about 35 km from the project site. The project has received letter of Support from the Govt. of Maharashtra, land and water has also been allotted for the Project. Letter of Assurance for coal linkage has been issued by South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. and Western Coalfields Ltd. and environmental clearance has been accorded to the Project by MOEF (Ministry of Environment & Forest). Phase-I Boiler Turbine and Generator Pkg has been awarded to BHEL and work is in progress at site. Financial Closure for the Phase-I has already been done.   more...

Nasik Thermal Power Project (Phase-I : 5x270MW , Phase-II: 2x660MW)

Nasik Thermal Power Project is being setup by Indiabulls Realtech Ltd. - a subdiary of Indiabulls Power Ltd. at Sinnar, Nasik district, Maharashtra in two phases. The first phase will be  5x270 MW ( sub-critical) and the second phase will be 2x660MW based on super critical technology.The project site is located on the State Highway 23, approximately 33 Km. from Nasik city. The nearest National Highway is NH 50. The nearest railway station is Niphad Railway Station, which is about 25 KM from the site, on the Mumbai - Kolkata electrified line. The project has also received letter of Support from the Govt. of Maharashtra, land and water has also been allotted for the Project. Letter of Assurance for coal linkage has been issued by South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. and Western Coalfields Ltd.  and Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. Bhaiyathan Thermal Power Project ( 2x660MW)

Indiabulls CSEB Bhaiyathan Power Limited (ICBPL), a subsidiary of the Indiabulls Group Company Indiabulls Power Limited. (IPL), is developing a 1,320 MW coal-fired thermal power project at Bhaiyathan in the State of Chhattisgarh. The Bhaiyathan Power Project is being developed through a PPP model with the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board. The Company was awarded to build, own,operate and maintain this Bhaiyathan project through a competitive bidding process.The Bhaiyathan Power Project is situated at a site adjoining the Mohanpur (Masira) and Lodhima villages near Bhaiyathan Tehsil, Surguja district, in the state of Chhattisgarh. The Bhaiyathan Power Project is located approximately 10 km from the NH-78 connecting Ambikapur and Baikunthpur. The nearest railway station situated at Surajpur road is approximately 4 kms from the project site. The coal requirement for the project shall be met from the Captive Coal Blocks at Pathuria and Gidmuri allocated by Ministry of Coal.   more...

Chhattisgarh Thermal Power Project (2x660MW)

The Chhattisgarh Power Project will have 2 units of 660 MW super-critical technology. In addition to the above, Indiabulls is also in the process of evaluating establishment of 1320 MW & 2640 MW thermal power projects in Jharkhand and Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh respectively and has entered into MoUs with Government of Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh in this regard.
