The Elphinstone Mills Project is designed to cater to Corporate Offices with a total leaseable area of 1.5 million sq ft. It is located on 7.76 acres of land in Lower Parel, in close proximity to the One Indiabulls Centre site.It is proposed that the development will include a common area, restaurant area, food court area, club house area and will have provisions for open and covered parking areas with capacity for approximately 3,000 car parks. Construction work on the project has started and it is expected to be complete by December 2008.
