He has set up, owned and operated one of India’s leading mining and construction material processing companies and has years of leadership experience in Construction industry and the Indian real estate market. He is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Vipul Bansal - Joint Managing Director |

Vipul is the Joint Managing Director of IBREL. He was previously the founding member of a private equity fund focused on India and a co-founder of one of India’s leading Knowledge and Document Processing Outsourcing Companies. In addition he has set up and managed a steel rolling mill with a production capacity of 200,000 tones per year. He has facilitated customization, replication and dissemination of energy efficient and environment friendly technologies in several industry specific SME clusters in India. He did his Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Tarun Tyagi - Chief Financial Officer |

Tarun is the Chief Financial Officer of IBREL. Previously, he worked with Credit Suisse in New York where he traded fixed income derivatives in residential mortgage, commercial mortgage and asset backed securities. He has also worked for Goldman Sachs in New York where he provided strategic investment advice to multi-billion dollar institutional clients such as pension funds, foundations and endowments. He is a graduate of IIT, and has business degrees from Columbia University and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mehul Johnson - President |

Mehul is the President of IBREL heading the Land related activities. He is the founder of an infrastructure construction business where he successfully executed several prestigious projects by leading institutions, incl. National Highway Authority of India, Prime Minister’s Rural Road Development Scheme. He has more than 15 years of experience in his family business of hotels. He has been instrumental in acquiring and constructing new properties as well as aggressively marketing existing ones. He graduated in Economics from Punjab University

Saket Bahuguna - President |

Saket is the President of IBREL heading the Legal function. Previously he was a practicing advocate in Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi. His areas of specialization include corporate law, property laws, arbitration and general practice litigation. He was, previously, a partner in Juris Corpus and some of his esteemed clients were Siemens Telecom, Bharti, Alstom, Ashok Leyland, Vipul Infrastructure, Perfetti, Meinhardt Singapore, Delhi Transport Corp., Power Finance Corp, NHPC etc. He has a Law Degree from ILS Law College, Pune, a leading law school in the country.

Dimitrius D’ Mello - Chief Operating Officer |

Dimitrius is the Chief Operating Officer of IBREL and heads the Construction division. He previously worked with Dywidag International GmbH for the last fifteen years and was associated with the construction of the US$ 450 million underground portion of the Delhi Metro Rail Corridor between Central Secretariat to Kashmere Gate and other large projects both in India and overseas. He was also Director on the Indian arm of Dywidag. Prior to Dywidag he worked for six years with Hindustan Constuction Co. Ltd. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mukul Bansal - Senior Vice President |

Mukul is the Senior Vice President of IREL leading the Procurement and Vendor Management functions. He has been associated with Indiabulls Group since its inception. He was the very first employee and his contribution has been invaluable in the steady growth of IREL. Prior to this, he founded and managed a cutting-edge infotech venture specializing in E-Learning & Gaming Solutions. He has previously set up and operated a large metal processing company and is an expert in supply chain management and logistics. He has an Honours degree in Economics from Delhi University.

Parmesh Ranjan - Senior Vice President |

Parmesh is the Senior Vice President of IBREL. Previously he worked as Sr. VP with PureTesting Software Pvt Ltd. where he was directing global operations from London & Noida offices, leveraging his experience in the areas of strategy and planning, leadership, client acquisition and human resource development. Parmesh started his professional career with construction industry and then anchored a couple of successful ventures in IT / HR domain. He is a graduate in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Dinabandhu Patra - Vice President |

Dinabandhu is the Vice President of IBREL, leading the Design & Planning functions. Previously, he was a Director of PKCE, an eminent Indian architectural firm where he was responsible for Project Development besides the design and engineering teams of a number of landmark buildings. He has experience in a number of large-scale international projects in Urban Planning and Design and has done his Graduate studies from University of Texas at Austin where he was the Mebane Scholar.
