You can use various modes for transferring the funds to your trading account. These are through Payment gateway, Net transfer and cheque. The payment has to be made from the bank account which is linked with your trading account.
In order to know the bank account of Indiabulls in which you wish to transfer the funds kindly follow the steps provided below:
Click on Account Details menu option and select Client Instruction
Click on Transfer Funds Tab.
Select your Bank linked with your Trading account with us (In case the above mentioned four Banks are not linked to your Trading account, the funds transfer from your Bank account will not be updated. Kindly, transfer the funds from your linked bank account to avoid the inconveniency)
Enter the amount you wish to transfer
Click on continue to proceed.
Follow the online instructions after providing your Transaction Password
In case you wish to make the payment through Net transfer option-
Following are the steps to be followed-
Visit the website of the respective bank which is linked in your trading account.
Go to the net transfer option. Enter the amount you wish to transfer to your Trading account.
While transferring the funds, kindly make a note that you have to mention your Client/Trading/User Id in the remarks column.
In case you wish to pay through the Cheque
You need to draw the cheque from the bank which is linked in your trading account.
The cheque has to be in favor of the concerned company in which you wish to make the payment. The cheque then needs to be deposited to your Branch / Relationship Manager.
Please do not deposit the cheque directly in the bank.
Funds coming from account other than your own account will not be accepted for funds updation in your account. Only the payments received from your bank account which is linked to your trading account would be accepted for funds updation.
Please find below the duration of time taken for the bank clearance-
Normal Clearing i.e. bank on which cheque is issued and bank where cheque is deposited is different - 3 working days
Transfer Clearing i.e. bank on which cheque is issued and bank where cheque is deposited is same - 24 hrs
Outstation clearing i.e. bank on which cheque is issued and bank where cheque is deposited belongs to 2 different cities/ clearing location and the cheque is not payable at par- 05-15 working days. (depending upon the location)
Note: The above is applicable provided the cheque is deposited before the cut-off time of the bank for clearance.

Insufficient details provided by bank
In these cases, you need to provide the screen shot of the transaction and send an email to helpdesk@indiabulls.com (From this registered email ID) with the screen shot which should be in non editable format.
The screen shot must carry: Bank Logo, Your Name, your bank account number and the transaction executed in favor of Indiabulls.
Submit the duly filled & signed form along with the required proofs (as mentioned on the form) to your nearest Indiabulls branch. Alternatively you can also send the same at the address mentioned on the form itself.
Once you have submitted the form, you can check the status on the 7th working day (post submission) either on-line by logging into your account or call our Customer Care Helpline 0124-4572444.
Note:
All details must be clearly visible on the given proof
MICR code (if any) must be clearly mentioned on the form.
Any cutting/overwriting on the proof(s) must be duly attested by the client
Any cutting/overwriting on the bank passbook, must be duly attested by bank official with his/her name, designation, signature and stamp.
All copies of proof(s) submitted should be duly self-attested by the client in original
Details on the given proof must match with the form.
