Funds withdrawal can be requested through the following channels
a. Online mode: You can login to your trading terminal/PIB and request for withdrawal of funds. Select the following option from your terminal
Account > Client Instructions > Withdraw Funds
In the window that opens you must enter the amount to be withdrawn and the bank in which you wish the funds to be received.
b. Offline Mode: You can place the withdrawal request with your branch/Relationship Manager as well.
Note: 1. Funds can only be withdrawn for credit in your bank account which is updated in your trading account.
2. You can withdraw only the balance available in your account; i.e. total credit less any pending obligations/position block etc.
3. The cut off time is 1.30pm i.e. all withdrawal instructions entered by you after 1.30pm are processed on the next working day.
Funds would be directly credited to your linked bank account if you have any of the following bank accounts linked with your trading account:
HDFC, ICICI, AXIS, Standard Chartered, IDBI, ABN AMRO, Citibank, HSBC and PNB.
For withdrawal request placed prior to 1.30 pm on a working day, cheque will be prepared on the same working day and deposited in your bank account on the next working day.
The funds debited from your account are either credited to your bank account or sent via cheque at your mailing address/branch address updated in your trading account.
After 7 days of amount being debited from your account you can get in touch with your service branch or Customer Care helpline number at 0124-4572444 in case neither funds nor cheque is received at your end.
