The Security Token is a small electronic device that generates a new security code every 30 seconds. If you have been assigned the Security Token you would be required to key-in the 6 digit Security Code, being displayed in your security token, every time you login and place order through your Indiabulls Internet Trading Account/Power Indiabulls (PIB). You would also be required to quote this security code while placing orders over phone at your Service Branch.
You would be required to provide Security Code, being displayed on your Security Token, in following cases
While using Indiabulls Trading Website and PIB
Security Code along with your client ID and password are required at the time of login into Indiabulls Trading Website / PIB
Security Code along with your client ID is required after login, for first time Order Entry, Cancellation of existing orders, Squaring off an existing position or Exercising an Option.

Security token enabled clients can use the aforesaid options 1 to 3, while the unlock option can be used by All clients including those who are not Security Token enabled.
Clients who have forgotten to carry their security token can use “Forgot Security Token” option to generate the temporary passcode using “Trouble Logging In” functionality available on the login page.
Temporary Passcode is generated for a specific duration of time & can be used instead of security token to login-in to your account through Website/PIB or to place order through the branch. Once the time duration is passed, the temporary passcode gets disabled and the customer can no longer use it for their trading related activities.
The Customers would be required to follow the below mentioned steps:
Select “Forgot Security Token” option from the “Trouble Logging In” dropdown.
Enter Client ID and Login Password in the respective fields and click on “Submit” button.
On clicking “Submit” button, you will receive Temporary Passcode* as an Email/SMS at authenticated Email ID / Mobile number registered in our records.
