We are pleased to inform that the client’s who have authenticated their email id / Mobile number, can generate their Login password online by using “Forgot Password” & “Reset Password” option in “Trouble Logging In” functionality.
To generate the password, a UNIQUE KEY* will be generated and sent to your authenticated email ID/Mobile Number. You would be required to follow the below mentioned steps:
Select “Forgot Password” option from the “Trouble Logging In” dropdown.
Enter Client ID and PAN number in the respective fields and click on “Submit” button.
On clicking “Submit” button, the system will ask for the client’s registered email id /Mobile number. Enter both details and click on ‘ Submit’
Once you have entered the email id/ Mobile number, the system will display the client’s contact details registered with us. If you wish to receive UNIQUE KEY only through SMS or only through Email; you will be required to uncheck the other option accordingly.
For e.g. to receive Unique key only on SMS, you will be required to uncheck ‘email id’ checkbox when system displays the authenticated contact details. Please note that the unique key will only be sent on the authenticated contact details (Email ID / Mobile Number) updated in our records.
Click on “Submit” button to place the request for Unique key.
On successful submission of request, you will receive a Unique Key as an Email / SMS (as selected). This Unique Key will be required for generation of the new password.
Once you receive the Unique Key, go to “Trouble Logging In” section and select “Reset Password” option to generate the new password.
Enter the Client ID, Unique Key & the PAN number in the respective fields & click “Submit” button to generate the new Login Password.

To generate the Transaction password, a UNIQUE KEY* will be generated and sent to your authenticated email ID/Mobile Number. You would be required to follow the below mentioned steps:
Select “Forgot Transaction Password” option from the “Trouble Logging In” dropdown.
Enter the client ID and Login Password and the registered email id /Mobile number in their respective fields and click on “Submit” button.

On the event of punching wrong Password for 3 consecutive times, your trading account shall get locked & after 30 minutes, your account shall get unlocked automatically. However to unlock your account immediately, “Unlock Account” Option in “Trouble Logging In” functionality can be used using following steps:
Select “Unlock Account” option from the “Trouble Logging In” dropdown.
You can authenticate your mobile number/ e-mail id online by logging in to your trading account. In case your contact details are not authenticated, the system will prompt you to authenticate your contact details. Alternatively, you can authenticate your Email ID by calling our customer helpline number 0124-4572444. Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding all trading Holidays)
