Real Estate- Sales, Business Development

The position reports to the Branch Head. The purpose of the role is to support the planning and implementation of sales strategies in order to meet company targets in the premium residential (Real-estate sales) projects.

We want a Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.

A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with customers and clients.

Roles & Responsibility:

1.Good understanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate transaction.

2. Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.

3. Following up the sales proposals and deliver monthly precise and upto date sales reports.

4.New lead generation for creating pipeline of prospective customers.

5. Enhance Product knowledge for better deliverable

6. Completing sales targets from time to time for Real Estate Sales
