General

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of this site (www.indiabulls.com) and all sub-sites under it (collectively referred to as “Indiabulls Sites”) by a Subscriber. A “Subscriber” means any person who establishes or accesses an account (“Account”) for the purpose of accessing and using the Indiabulls Sites.

Restrictions on Use

The Indiabulls Sites are owned and operated by Indiabulls Financial Services Limited, an Indiabulls group company. The website contains material derived from the Company, its group companies, news agencies, and other content sources, and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Except where expressly authorized, the Subscriber may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from the Indiabulls Sites, including code and software.

By using the Indiabulls Sites, the Subscriber agrees to comply with all terms and conditions herein. The right to use the Indiabulls Sites is personal and non-transferable. The Subscriber is responsible for all use of their Account and must ensure compliance with this Agreement. The Subscriber is also responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their password(s).

The Company reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Indiabulls Sites at any time, including but not limited to content, availability hours, and equipment needed for access or use.

Changed Terms

The Company may modify or change the terms and conditions applicable to Subscriber's use of the Indiabulls Sites at any time, including adding fees or charges for use. Any such changes become effective immediately upon notice, which may be provided by:

• Posting on the Indiabulls Site
• Email communication
• Any other reasonable communication method

Continued use of the Indiabulls Sites after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Equipment

The Subscriber is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all hardware, telephone connections, and other equipment needed for access to the Indiabulls Sites, as well as all associated costs.

Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Subscriber expressly agrees that use of the Indiabulls Sites is at their sole risk. Neither the Company, its affiliates, employees, agents, third-party content providers, nor licensors guarantee that the Indiabulls Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free.

No warranty is made regarding:

• The results obtained from using the Indiabulls Sites
• The accuracy or reliability of any information, service, or product provided

The Indiabulls Sites are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or title, except for any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This disclaimer applies to any damages caused by:

• Failure of performance
• Error, omission, interruption
• Deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission
• Computer virus
• Communication line failure
• Theft, destruction, or unauthorized access
• Alteration or use of records

In no event shall the Company or any party involved in creating or distributing the Indiabulls Sites be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use or inability to use the site.

The Subscriber acknowledges that this limitation applies to all content on the Indiabulls Sites.

Additional Limitation of Liability

The Company, its affiliates, information providers, or content partners shall not be liable for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in the information
• Delays or interruptions in transmission
• Any losses or damages arising therefrom
• Third-party claims, including lost profits, punitive damages, or consequential losses

The Company and its affiliates do not guarantee:

• The timeliness of information
• The sequence in which information is provided
• The accuracy or completeness of any content on the Indiabulls Sites

The Company shall have no liability for investment decisions made based on the information provided on the Indiabulls Sites.
