The Most Important Terms and Conditions mentioned herein below are an indicative list of terms and conditions of DLSL’s personal loan product. These terms and conditions are further described in our Loan Agreement under relevant sections / schedules and therefore, should be read in conjunction with those mentioned in the Loan Agreement. For an exhaustive list of terms and conditions of our personal loan product, please refer to the loan agreement available on mobile application or website or sent to you by DLSL on your registered email id.

The sanction of loan amount and its terms and conditions are subject to execution of Loan Agreement and other documents and writings with Dhani Loans & Services Limited (formerly known as Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited) (hereinafter referred to as “DLSL”). The terms and conditions of Loan Agreement and/or other documents will prevail upon this letter in case of any contradiction/conflict/difference.

Further, the sanction of the personal loan facility, its tenure and terms and conditions are subject to DLSL’s internal review and evaluation and any disbursement of personal loan facility amount, its tenure and terms and conditions shall be subject to such sanction being approved from DLSL. The Borrower(s) can access their personal loan account details by logging into the Mobile application. The copy of the statement of account can also be obtained on request from support@indiabulls.com.

This sanction shall be available to the Borrower(s) for a period of 30 days from the date of this letter provided the Borrower(s) deposits with DLSL the administrative charges/expenses/pre-determined expenses mentioned overleaf at the time of delivering the accepted copy of this letter to DLSL. The processing fees received are non-refundable. For details of the various fees and charges applicable, please refer to the website.

DLSL shall be entitled to revoke the sanction and to add, delete, or modify all or any of the terms and conditions of the facility, inter alia, if there is any material change in the purpose(s) of the loan facility, if any information and/or statement given by Borrower(s) is found incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, if there is breach of the terms and conditions of the facility, if any report/document is not found satisfactory, or if the Borrower(s) does not submit duly accepted copy of this sanction letter to DLSL within stipulated period. DLSL’s decision in respect of material changes shall be final and binding on the Borrower(s).

Usage of Loan

Personal loan facility availed by the Borrower(s) from DLSL shall be used for the purpose stated in the Loan Agreement and shall not be used for:

  • Speculative or capital market use
  • Investments into any DLSL products/business end uses
  • Prohibited or antisocial purposes
  • Purchase of gold/gold bullion/gold coins/gold jewellery/gold ETFs/gold mutual funds

If the loan is used for prohibited purposes, DLSL may liquidate investments/holdings as required and recover related costs from the Borrower(s).

Repayment

Repayment of loan amount will be through instalments/EMIs comprising principal and/or interest.

Interest

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Interest shall accrue from the date of disbursement
  • Computed on a 360-day year basis
  • Calculated on monthly or periodic rests
  • Default interest shall be compounded monthly on overdue amounts

Prepayment

Prepayment of loan shall be governed by DLSL policies and regulatory guidelines. Where guidelines do not exist, charges shall apply as per the Loan Agreement.

Loan Terms

The loan amount and terms sanctioned by DLSL are final and binding.

Events of Default

  • Non-payment of principal or interest
  • Use of loan for prohibited purposes
  • Incorrect or misleading information during application/KYC
  • EMI rejection due to stop payment, closed account, or revoked mandate

Default Interest

Default interest shall be charged on:

  • Gross defaulted amounts (payment defaults)
  • Outstanding loan amount (other defaults)

Post Default Actions

On an Event of Default, DLSL may cancel/recall the loan and make the Borrower’s dues immediately payable.

Information Disclosure

DLSL is authorized to disclose borrower information to credit bureaus and make necessary credit enquiries without borrower consent.

Recovery of Overdues

DLSL may recover dues through legal and permissible means.

Complaints and Grievances

Internal Procedures

  • DLSL will address complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Complaints can be lodged via branches, helpline, or email.

General

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of this site (www.indiabulls.com) and all sub-sites under it (collectively referred to as “Indiabulls Sites”) by a Subscriber. A “Subscriber” means any person who establishes or accesses an account (“Account”) for the purpose of accessing and using the Indiabulls Sites.

Restrictions on Use

The Indiabulls Sites are owned and operated by Indiabulls Financial Services Limited, an Indiabulls group company. The website contains material derived from the Company, its group companies, news agencies, and other content sources, and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Except where expressly authorized, the Subscriber may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from the Indiabulls Sites, including code and software.

By using the Indiabulls Sites, the Subscriber agrees to comply with all terms and conditions herein. The right to use the Indiabulls Sites is personal and non-transferable. The Subscriber is responsible for all use of their Account and must ensure compliance with this Agreement. The Subscriber is also responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their password(s).

The Company reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Indiabulls Sites at any time, including but not limited to content, availability hours, and equipment needed for access or use.

Changed Terms

The Company may modify or change the terms and conditions applicable to Subscriber's use of the Indiabulls Sites at any time, including adding fees or charges for use. Any such changes become effective immediately upon notice, which may be provided by:

  • Posting on the Indiabulls Site
  • Email communication
  • Any other reasonable communication method

Continued use of the Indiabulls Sites after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Equipment

The Subscriber is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all hardware, telephone connections, and other equipment needed for access to the Indiabulls Sites, as well as all associated costs.

Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Subscriber expressly agrees that use of the Indiabulls Sites is at their sole risk. Neither the Company, its affiliates, employees, agents, third-party content providers, nor licensors guarantee that the Indiabulls Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free.

No warranty is made regarding:

  • The results obtained from using the Indiabulls Sites
  • The accuracy or reliability of any information, service, or product provided

The Indiabulls Sites are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or title, except for any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This disclaimer applies to any damages caused by:

  • Failure of performance
  • Error, omission, interruption
  • Deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission
  • Computer virus
  • Communication line failure
  • Theft, destruction, or unauthorized access
  • Alteration or use of records

In no event shall the Company or any party involved in creating or distributing the Indiabulls Sites be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use or inability to use the site.

The Subscriber acknowledges that this limitation applies to all content on the Indiabulls Sites.

Additional Limitation of Liability

The Company, its affiliates, information providers, or content partners shall not be liable for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in the information
  • Delays or interruptions in transmission
  • Any losses or damages arising therefrom
  • Third-party claims, including lost profits, punitive damages, or consequential losses

The Company and its affiliates do not guarantee:

  • The timeliness of information
  • The sequence in which information is provided
  • The accuracy or completeness of any content on the Indiabulls Sites

The Company shall have no liability for investment decisions made based on the information provided on the Indiabulls Sites.
